Travel Day

Today was a travel day.  We checked out of our house at Myrtle Beach and headed to Asheville, NC.  The reason was not to extend our vacation as much as it was to accompany Megan on the National PE Institute.

The trip went well and was pretty uneventful, which we do not take for granted.  We made the trip in good time.

Once we got settled in at the Hotel we went to Olive Garden for dinner.  This was the last day for the $1 kids meal.

After dinner we went to this park.  We have been here before but today we were looking to get some fish and things to observe from the river.  Our search was not very successful.

Night fell and Megan had to go check in at the conference.  These girls went to sleep at about 10:00.  Who knows what tomorrow holds.  I'll bet it will be fun.
