The last night at Myrtle Beach we had a great dinner at Landry's and a night at the Carolina Opry. We enjoyed the night although it seems that the Opry is in a rebuilding season of sorts. Steve Sifford, the emcee of 18 years, has moved on and the cast seemed to be a little off. We will try them again - happens to everyone every few years.
The next morning we went to church at New Spring - Myrtle Beach (a new startup church). It was a great service and their energy was contagious. Lunch at Johnny Rockets and then on the way home.
I said earlier we do these short trips once a year and it is certainly a much needed reprieve, still it is enough for us. We always miss our girls and are so ready to see them when we get back. There are great big smiles and hugs and kisses all around and we all fully appreciate one another and what our family means to us - and all if this after just three short days. God Bless Our Family.
