Arriving at a Magic Kingdom

Today was our first Amusement Park Day at Disney World proper. We went at the Magic Kingdom with an excited bunch in our van.  The first order of business was to participate in the opening ceremonies which we had never seen at the Magic Kingdom.  It was great.  All of the characters came in on a train and Micky pronounced this happy place - Open!

And with that - we were off.

Our first order of business was breakfast with the princesses in Cinderella's Castle.  We were royal guests of princess herself.

After that the girls were taken with a baby duck that had lost his way.

The rest of the day was full of excitement. It turns out the Emily is as up for a roller coaster as anyone.  This was after one of her first.

Yet she still rides Dumbo with wonder
